Do you have a dark and crowded office space? A Raymond wanted to renovate their first floor space to refresh and accommodate their growing team.  After discussing several full-scale construction options, we settled on a value-oriented plan to completely transform the space.  

The OEX construction teams installed a new acoustical ceiling, new lighting, and made some repairs to flooring, drywall and new paint.  We also removed a partition wall to open up space for additional workstations.  Then the OEX Furniture teams went to work!  By lowering panel heights and lightening up finishes, we brought daylight into the office.  Using height adjustable desks with dual monitor arms gave each employee the ability to fully customize their station to fit their needs.
