Online Invoice Payment is Back - See How to Do it!

IT’S BACK!!! Have you seen it?
You’ve been asking for the ability to pay your invoices online ever since we switched to our new website in 2021 and we’re happy to announce that the feature is finally back! You can now pay your outstanding invoices online with a credit card.
It’s super simple. The Pay Invoices function is located on your Dashboard. Here’s a quick tutorial. Click on any of the images to enlarge them.
Login to your account and click on My Account.
Then click on My Dashboard.
Find the Invoices Heading. From here, you can select Invoice List or Pay Invoices.
This is the Invoice List screen. Clicking on the invoice number will take you to the Invoice Details page.
On the Invoice Details page, you can view the individual line items, request a PDF copy of the invoice and even reorder by adding items from the invoice to your cart. Click Continue to proceed. The Request PDF Copy isn’t active yet, but will be soon, so keep an eye out for that!
If you don’t need to review them, you can skip the Invoice List and Invoice Details entirely and go straight to the Pay Invoices link. Clicking on that will take you to this screen. Click in the box to mark each invoice that you want to pay, then click on Continue.
You’ll enter your card information on the next screen. On this screen, the Save Card Data box is checked by default - if you don’t want the card saved in our system, just uncheck the box. When you’re ready, click on Make Payment.
Enter your credit card information here and click Submit to complete the transaction. If your card is saved in our system, it will autofill on this screen.
