A Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Promotional Products

Ordering promotional products for an event or as a company giveaway is one of those tasks that seems like it should be easy but sometimes it can be a little intimidating to start. Included below is a step-by-step guide for ordering a promotional item from Office Express (as well as giving some under-the-hood understanding of our process).
Step 1: Go to promo.oexusa.com and search for the item that you have in mind. You’ll find almost anything you can think of there (and more!). If you are having trouble finding a starting place I would typically recommend: Magnetic Chip Clips, Pens, Journals, Tape Measures, and Skinny Can Holders (to hold the hard seltzers that have surged in popularity in the last few years). Ask around the office though – someone will have a good idea relevant to your business!
Step 2: Email print@oexusa.com and mention the item number you’re considering.
Once we receive your email, we will double-check the item availability, production lead-time, price, and manufacturer reliability. Part of our process allows us access to print industry reviews (which are taken very seriously) of each manufacturer and we will not move forward with a vendor that has zero or few reviews. If the product doesn’t work out for whatever reason, we will suggest something similar that does.
Step 3: Once a product has been chosen, we will need your logo or the text that you want to use on the product. We will then send you an artwork mock-up to approve. After the mock-up is approved (we are happy to accommodate changes during this process), production will begin, and we will be in touch once the product is done and on its way to you.
