Trivia Contest - Win A Prize!
I'm going to go a little off topic with today's question. It's not a trivia question - it's a brain teaser. (I guess you could classify it as useless trivia.................) So anyway, here goes........
National Fire Prevention Week
Hello Everyone - October 4-10 is National Fire Prevention Week. Safety in the workplace is a hugely important topic and fire prevention is nothing to skimp on. Is your company in compliance with OSHA regulations?
What do OSHA standards require?

I hope so, because today's topic is:

Room Accessories - Make Your Office Feel Comfortable
If I say "Office Furniture" to you, probably the first things that come to your mind are desk, chair and credenza. You wouldn't be alone in that thought, but there is more to office furniture than just the "hardware." Room accessories play a major role in the decor of your office; they help create the atmosphere and the comfort level of both your employees and guests (really important if you are in a medical office).
Fun With Office Products - Alternative Uses for Thumb Tacks
Yep. I said thumb tacks.
Creative people never cease to amaze me. How many different things can you think of to do with a thumb tack? I couldn't come up with very many, but I'm not a really creative person. I happened upon a blog post recently on www.brit.co about clever ways to repurpose office supplies and the writer has some really cute ideas. Here are a few of them:

Happy Trivia Day!
Today I am testing your knowledge of:
Common Denominators
You've done well with this category in the past........let's see how you do today.
Back to School With Measure Man!
The kids have been back to school for a couple weeks now and hopefully the reviews of last year's material are almost over. Time to move on to new (and exciting?) topics.
If you are an elementary school teacher, this item may interest you. It's called Measure Man Bulletin Board set.
Thought for the Day
When I wrote my very first Thought for the Day post, I said, "They will be short and sweet; sometimes they will be philosophical, sometimes they will be humorous. Whatever strikes my fancy. Just a blip in the middle of your day." Well, this one will be a little off track of what I usually do, but I just have to say this.

Bond. James Bond.
I'm in Hollywood mode again this week, so today I am testing your knowledge of the ultimate male (at least according to my better half).
Custom Printing: Process Color Vs. Spot Color
A couple of weeks ago, I posted the first blog in a series about custom printing. Today, in segment 2, we will touch on the difference between process color and spot color printing. This is an important topic not only to the person creating the file, but also to the person paying for the printing.
Commercial printing presses print in either process (CMYK) or spot color. Process printing, also called four color process or full color printing, uses layers of 4 ink colors - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and BlacK - to create the colors in the document.
Problem Solvers: Cord Identifiers
If there is one thing about my desk that drives me absolutely crazy, it's the tangled jungle of cords underneath. It's almost incomprehensible to me that I need that many cords to make my one computer work. And when I get one of those lovely messages like "The network cable is unplugged," I have to hunt to find out which one is the network cable. Or maybe I know which cable coming out of my monitor is the one I need to fiddle with, but I don't know which one it is in the back of my tower, so I have to jiggle it and look underneath my desk to see which one is moving. Then I have to quickly jump under the desk and grab it before it stops moving so that I can follow it to the back of the tower. It's absolutely insane. (Can you tell I'm not a techie?)

Hey there - good to see you again! We're back for another round of trivia. Today's topic is:
Employment Statistics
Space Management for Cubicles
If your work area is a cubicle, you are most likely space-challenged and need tools to store your desk essentials that will maximize the space that you do have. There are lot of products on the market to help you do just that.

Here we go again! It's time for my weekly trivia game.
This week I am once again testing your knowledge of all things Hollywood as we dive into:

New Product: To Do Lists
I am a list writer. I am constantly writing to do lists for both home and work. My family makes fun of me and my lists sometimes, but it keeps me organized, so when I saw the new To Do Lists from Tops, I thought "Cool! I'll grab a few pads."
Securing Your Valuable Documents
Every business needs a back up system for its documents and data. In recent years, the move has been to back up everything to the cloud, but I think it's safe to say that many companies still have important documents on site. The question then becomes: Are those documents protected? What happens to them if the building burns down?
The solution is simple: fire-resistant cabinets and safes. Sentry Safe and FireKing are the two big names in this area. They both offer a variety of products and price points.

Welcome Back! Are you ready for a challenge?
Since my attempt at skullduggery didn't work well last week (you saw right through me), I decided to get tougher this week. Today's question isn't really a trivia question - it's .................................... a riddle!
Thought for the Day
I grew up on country music. I don't listen to it much anymore, but it was all that was played in my house as a child. Schoolmates would make fun of me because I didn't know the latest and greatest artist or the current #1 song in the pop/rock world, but country music has some fantastic artists and really cool song lyrics. As an adult, I made a list of my 10 Rules to Live By and one of those rules is a lyric from a country song.
Custom Printing - Bleeds Explained
We love to work with you on your custom printing projects! We have professional designers on staff who can help you take your project from concept to reality, but many of you have your own designers or staff members who handle the files for your publications and send the completed files to us. Sometimes, the finished product may not look exactly as you envisioned it when you created the file and we get questions on how to make it better next time, or why doesn't it look like I thought it would?
Today's blog is the first in a series of blogs that I will be writing on the subject of custom printing. I'll try to answer some of the more common questions that we field and give you some general tips to help your file designs work better for you.

I loved spelling bees in school. (I think I may have mentioned that before.) I often find myself proofreading the newspaper and finding spelling or grammar errors. So today, I've decided to make the trivia topic:
