We're all familiar with the standard black plastic desktop accessories and the black mesh accessories.  You may also have seen the higher-end clear acrylic accessories and wood collections aimed more at the executives in your company. 

Today I'd like to show you a unique look from Lorell.  This collection has an industrial design to it and comes in a matte bronze finish. 

How many of you make mistakes at work?  (Come on now, I should be seeing a lot more hands than that.)  What do you do when you fill in a form with the wrong information or accidentally spell something incorrectly that you’re writing by hand?  Do you throw out the form and start over?  Probably not.  If you’re like most people, you reach for correction fluid or correction tape – and then you either wait (and wait, and wait) for the fluid to dry or you try to avoid writing over the edge of the tape.

Every day we are bombarded by commercials on TV or radio and advertisements in print such as magazines or newspapers.  Many times, I've found myself singing commercial jingles.  I've often thought that I got into the wrong business - after all, somebody made a lot of money for coming up with a finger that had a face drawn on it (Ziploc bags).

I recently read an article by Dan Howarth on www.dezeen.com about a new innovation in the field of 3-D printing that may surprise you.  Researchers at MIT have partnered with Steelcase Inc. to develop a process they call Rapid Liquid Printing that changes 3-D printing as we know it and may make it possible to manufacture custom furniture in a matter of minutes.

I'm an intelligent person.  I've spent quite a few years on this planet already.  I have a college degree and I consider myself capable.  When I moved out of my parents' house into my first apartment, I saved money by purchasing ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture and I single-handedly assembled my bedroom dresser, nightstand and entertainment center.

I read the directions, followed them, and did it myself.  My hands were blistered and sore for quite a while afterward, but I did it myself.
